I don’t usually get bored. Although, if I am honest I spend too much time doing things that don’t add value to my life when I have down time, like you tube scrolling. I suppose if I didn’t do that I may be bored. If there is something that bores me it is small talk… I am terrible at it. I lose interest very quickly.
That makes sense! Small talk can feel draining when it lacks depth. Swapping some of that scrolling time for something more meaningful might help. What kind of conversations or activities keep you engaged the most?
