What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

My spiritual health: pray, read scripture, and refocus my eyes on a spiritual purpose.

My physical health: I start to really dial in on eating healthy and getting my workouts in.

My mental health: I question my thoughts to get to the root cause of the negative feeling. Once I have an idea of what it could be, I focus little goals around improving it.
